What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. When you connect platforms like Twitter/X, LinkedIn, or Reddit, we store OAuth tokens so we can post and engage on your behalf. We also collect usage data, log data, device information, and any content or prompts you submit to the agents.

How we use it

We use your data to run AICMOHQ — processing your content, posting to connected platforms, sending transactional emails, and improving the service. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored on Supabase (database and authentication) with encryption in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security measures, but no system is 100% secure over the internet.

Third-party services

AICMOHQ connects to these services to deliver the product:

• Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Hacker News — platforms you connect to publish and engage
• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage
• Dodo Payments — billing and subscription management
• Resend — transactional and promotional emails
• Google Analytics 4 — traffic and conversion analysis
• PostHog — product analytics
• Exa AI — web search for the Scout agent
• Vercel — hosting

Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Cookies

We use cookies to track activity and maintain your session. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days — unless law requires us to retain it. OAuth tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect a platform.

Your rights

You can access, update, or delete your data from your account settings at any time. You can also email us at hello@aicmohq.com to request a copy of your data, ask us to stop processing it, or request full deletion. We respond to all data requests within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version on this page and update the effective date. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of AICMOHQ after changes means you accept the updated policy.
