Terms of Service

Plain English, not legalese. Here's how the service works and what we both agree to.
1. Acceptance
By using AICMOHQ, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. These terms apply to everyone who accesses or uses AICMOHQ.
2. What you can do
We give you a limited, non-exclusive license to use AICMOHQ for your personal or business marketing. You can use it to research, create, schedule, and publish content across your connected platforms.
3. What you can't do
Don't use AICMOHQ to spam, harass, or abuse others. Don't use it for anything unlawful. Don't violate the terms of service of platforms you connect (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.).
4. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it. If you suspect unauthorized access, tell us immediately. We may terminate accounts that break these terms.
5. Your content
You own everything you create and publish through AICMOHQ. We only process and publish it on your behalf as you direct. Our brand, logo, and code remain ours.
6. Connected platforms
When you connect Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, or other platforms, you give us permission to post and engage using the permissions you grant. You're responsible for complying with each platform's own terms. We're not liable if a platform takes action against your account.
7. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Dodo Payments (our Merchant of Record). Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. We offer refunds within 7 days of a charge if you haven't substantially used the service. We'll give you 30 days notice before any price changes.
8. What we're not responsible for
AICMOHQ is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or without errors. We're not liable for any indirect damages, lost revenue, or data loss from using the service. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
9. Ending your account
You can cancel your account anytime from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. When your account ends, you lose access to the service immediately.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notification. If you keep using AICMOHQ after changes, you accept the new terms.
